The are many different types of stories presented by KIM SIR with enthusiasm, such as fairy tale, folk tale, traditional tale, legend, myth, parable, personal story, stories from picture books, etc. The stories narrated by KIM SIR are of his own creation or the recreation of other classic stories.

Story Hour. Inspired by the Earth Hour, Story Hour is a family co-reading activity which KIM SIR brings into different communities, with the purpose of encouraging parents leaving their modern devices such as cell phones, tablets, laptops and others aside while simply enjoying the one hour quality parenting time by reading together with their kids.

TAN LEONG KIM or well known as KIM SIR, has been involved in children's and performing arts education for over ten years. He is an outstanding educator who is awarded with "The Best Teacher" by the Institute of Teacher Education, Malaysia.

KIM SIR actives in drama performance, playing the role of theatre director, scriptwriter and also actor. With the theatrical style, he has been invited to teach, lecture and conduct workshops, story-telling and performance, as well as being the judge and program planner of many well-known events.

In September 2013, KIM SIR started his story-telling journey and he is now a famous storyteller in Penang, Malaysia, who has been invited to perform story telling in over 30 primary schools and lots of communities. He is often interviewed by the Press Media. He is currently a motivational lecturer, drama teacher, and language teacher by using storytelling as the main strategy in Mandarin language teaching at International School and University.

KIM SIR has participated in the Malaysia Storytelling Festival and joined the International Storytelling Network in 2014.
