C.V. / Resume:

I was born in Ljubljana, and I'm living in a small town near the sea, Piran. Story-telling is a familiy tradition. My grandmother Ivana  and my father Miroslav were excellent storytellers. I studied  ethnology and anthropology at the Faculty of Arts in Ljubljana and received a master's degree. I finished also the training seminar of gestalt pedagogy (grade A) at the Faculty of theology in  Ljubljana.
I'm telling stories for more than twenty  years:  in the libraries, kindergartens, schools, retirement homes, old people's day centers, cultural centers, centers for people with special needs, festivals, kamishibai festivals and so on. In the 2017 I participated in the  Festival interculturel du conte Paroles de conteurs on the Vassivière island in France.
I'm collecting, recording, transcribing  and publishing life histories. I'm also collecting, recording, transcribing and publishing folk tales.  I have translated many folk tales from english, german, italian, spanish, french and czech language.
In the 2014, I discovered kamishibai and  start to tell stories also with illustrations, that I made by myself.
