Malaysia International Storytelling Festival

The Malaysia International Storytelling Festival will be held from 8 " 11 November 2012 at Sunway International School.  It features performances and workshops conducted by seven master storytellers from around the world.

Through storytelling we aim to emphasize the power of the spoken word; the importance of listening and the value of clear communication. These workshops aim to help participants develop emotional magnetism, their imagination, inventiveness and self-confidence.

The Malaysia International Storytelling Festival will feature a line-up of renowned international and local storytellers who will facilitate a series of workshops on the art of storytelling and the power and influence it has to inspire creativity, enrich literacy skills and ignite the desire to learn. It will bring together teachers, parents and children over two days of storytelling workshops and performances.
